We are the first company in Brazil to issue a national green bond linked to sustainable goals. Our first issues, in 2020, complied with the FS Green Bond Framework, which was aligned with the Green Bond Principles. In 2021, FS was certified by the Climate Bonds Initiative (CBI), an international non-profit organization that evaluates sustainable projects and assets. The programmatic certification signals that FS is able to issue Green Bonds to finance its projects with the CBI seal on a recurring basis.
